Its time for us to choose a bot to "master." Meaning it will be your "master" bot. You should be able to hit the enemy most of the time and know how to change your angle/power in the situation that you are in order to hit.

Well, mage for me.
Not meaning to affend anyone, but grub is generally not the greatest choice.
It has its moments, the SS in particular. But the damage is too low for the damage, the def is bad, the movement is just ok, and the 1 shot does the least damage in the game.
The grub can be good under the right circumstances, but it is never superior to another bot with those exact same circumstances applied.
for example, grub dual does very nice damage with lightning, but a mage with that same lighting dual will do better.
The grub shot 2 is also quite unreliable, as it needs weather for serious damage, and a smarter opponent can figure out how to avoid it completly in certain situations.
Its just not that great of a bot to begin with, and you might be a pro grub, but a pro armor will still wreck shop on you, or a mage, or boomer, ect.
also, I wouldent discourage people from choosing ice. In a solo battle(our most common guild battle game) Ice excels due to its high health (2 duals cant kill) and its defense lowering properties.
although its begginning damage is not overwhelming like armor or boomer, it is sufficient.
I think we should have a good mix of high damage bots like armor, turtle, and nak, complemiented by faster bots such as lightning, boomer, and mage, with Ice back up to bring high health and defense stripping abilities.
our bots of choice seem to fit into these 3 cateragories above. and a nice mix of speed, brute damage, and health/def lowering bots could work nicely.
the 3 compliment on another nicely, an armor can deal high damage, but its delay is crippling, the mage or boomer can make up for this with its speed, even if its damage isnt as high, and the ice complemients the boomer and mage nicely (which have lower HP than most bots) with its 1200 health, and also assists the speed and power bots with its defense lowering.
for example, in a clan match, an ice mixed with other bots makes up for its only flaw, being slightly lower damage earlier on in the game, since other teammates hitting the bots that ice hit raises the damage to compensate. So eventually the ice boosts everyones damage, and takes more punishment instead of a boomer with lower health, saving the lower health bots some damage.

Besides, we would much rather you practice, or perhaps learn a new bot that you can do well with in not only guild matches but in the game as well.
Me for example, I like raon, tooya can confirm that I am self "taught" and Im more or less a begginner with advanced mine slips, bounces, etc.
Raon is a fun mobile, but it lacks the movement and reliablitilty of mage, which does more damage more readily.
hence I have moved back to mage after being disappointed with myself after trying to use mage in a guild match (after weeks of only raon).
Grub may be the bot you are best with right now, I cant confirm this or anything, but I think learning a more reliable bot would suit you better in the long run.
I know I kick myself evey time I get online for never learning boomer, and never mastering armor. Now Im pretty set on mage, if you feel like you have to play grub, by all means go for it...but you might regret it eventually.
Btw guys/gals. I have been experiencing internet problems at home and probably cant get on till this Friday, at the earliest. (im at school right now).

Try turtle. That's a really challenging bot... and in the end... it will most definitely be worth your time.
I played turtle for a while... then tried out Ice. I never got the Turtle SS to work ever... but I had a great time with it. Go to Creedo's website... and get some stuff on Ice. Its really helpful stuff =D

If you pick turtle, I can most definitely help you. Nolan is a turtle pro, but he doesnt seem to help. Or he hasn't helped me. But I would pick Nak, since it is pretty much OWNage if you know how to use it, and not many people have mastered it.
