I upgraded to a proboard, which is a much nicer forum with all the usual forum options. It's the best free board I've seen.
http://creedo.proboards25.com/index.cgi (http://creedo.proboards25.com/index.cgi)
Lots of info getting posted there that isn't on my sites. I'm making all sorts of diagrams and charts for crap just to answer a question that may never come up again :B
Hope you all check it out. It'll be the place to go if you need to find out news for my site (which pretty much will be limited to "if my site's not working here's what's going on").
If I were you, I'd have an automated answer. "Find out for yourself you helpless twat"
Of course, you're not me  .
[edit]
Lol @ the first question.
"Why won't you add me?"
Pardon me for being ignorant but,can i know whats the link to your site?
Eh The Fabulous Ask The Pro Board doesn't seem to load for meh. >.<

The ask the pro thing is in the top-middle part of the page. BTW, I hadn't visited your site since around when I wanted to test the 2.8 fixed power formula, which I failed horribly at (haven't tried any formulas since), and I like what you've done with the place. It looks nicer, to say the least. I'm attempting to learn every mobile by myself without the use of any references for 1sd, 1/2sd, formulas, etc. I want to be completely feel as I have been for my Gunbound career (except for the minor trial of the 2.8 fixed power formula .
I'll pin this for you, creedo.
Woot. I'd have pinned it myself if I'd thought of it haha... thanks Ramza.
Ransternz: That's exactly what I wanted to say to the 'why won't you buddy me' question. I had to tone my answer down a lot :X
...people all want me to teach them 1v1 in the game, but I wanna say this for those people's benefit: That's not a good way to learn! The best way to learn formulas and whatnot is first to take the time to read, and maybe write down some angles and powers, and only then learn in a game. I can't spend half an hour trying to type out how to play in a 1v1 game of gunbound because I could waste 8 hours a day trying to teach people this way and never ever get to play or earn GP. What's irritating is the only thing I can say in a 1v1 game that will be useful to you is EXACTLY what I say in my guides, so sit down and read them, don't make me type the entire guide all over again.
Begon: Do you get a specific error message when you click the link? It should work for everyone, the html isn't fancy. A little javascript is used, but I don't think you need it to view most posts. Are you using a weird old browser or something? :(
Blake: Glad you liked it. Good luck with feeling 2 screen shots and 26 wind :D If you ever change your mind you know where to find me.
thats just simply... phenomenal. A place where you can get ALL of your guides at one convinient (yes i am good at spelling) place... "A+++"
creedo.. power increases exponentially?
Don't know if this is true or not, but if it is then it's something I never knew.
Okay creedo here is a question i dont think anyone knows the answer to. I read your delay guide and you said to shot 1 to beat a landing person's delay but that does not always work. There must be some way to calculate landing delay so you dont get your delay beaten by a lander or so you can beat someones delay when you land. I cant find any patter yet but any help would be appreciated. Things like this in aduka game would be a majorly huge advantage if you knew exactly how much delay you would have when you land compared to everyone else

I can't remember exactly but it was something along the lines of:
Your delay when you died + half of the delay of the person on the top of the list.
Possibly the other way around.
the delay of a landing person is the delay that he had before he died... so if a guy dualed before he died, you can still go before him even though he just landed
Ramza: I've sorta gone over this woth other people, and the best I can come up with is that it doesn't, but for practical purposes it seems like it does because the distance of your shot increases exponentially. Since we don't really care about power except for in terms of how much distance it'll make the shot travel, it might as well be considered exponential. But it's not, it just happens that in physics when you shoot something with twice the velocity it'll go 4x the distance (under certain perfect conditions, I don't know the exact details or math).
About the delay: I saw the formula recently on this site, but because the forum search on this site is absolutely the worst, stupidest one I've ever seen, I can't find it. There is a formula, you don't just land with the delay you died with I think (though it is true if you dualed just before dying you will almost definitely have crappy delay when you land). I remember also something like pre-death delay + half the first person on the list's delay.
On second thought, this might be the real formula. I think the confusion comes from the fact that the game delay list only shows they delay of your last shot, NOT your current delay.
For example, let's say it's a 3v3 game.
You: dual shot 2 for 1500 delay
Enemy: shot 1 for 800
Enemy 2: Shot 2 for 900
Delay of first enemy on the list when you drop: 1000
Your delay list will show 1500 delay, but immediately after the first enemy shoots your delay will be 700 ... you needed 1500 'ticks' on the clock to recover from your shot, and the next guy used up 800, so you've finished waiting through 800 ticks. So when it's enemy 2's shot, your ACTUAL delay is 700, but your delay list shows 1500 still.
So if you died here after enemy 2's shot, your delay (700) is added to 1/2 of the first enemy on the list (so 500) and total delay will be 1200. Better than what you had when you died, but still crappy.
The trick is to just remember what you see on the delay list isn't your ACTUAL delay at this exact moment, it's just the delay from the last time you fired a shot.
Wow... creedo, all i can say is wow. You are very talented at this game. There isnt much more i can say to this because you truly are just too pro. Your title says it all. In fact... it probably just may be an understatement.
Congratulations for all of the amazing information you have deduced through out your time learning gunbound. Its truly an accomplishment... awesome. I bow my head to you man... and i am not kidding.
PAISEH~!@ :)
hahaha =D
Do you suggest I read anything before i try to perfect trico or boomer?
creedo, do you have the thor damage table in your files? i was looking all around here once for it and never found. don't think i've run into it either at your site.
yeah I never saw it. If someone made an old table from back in the days of gunbound-hq.com, it would be wrong now, thor changed a bit.
allio: If you already are good with formula then I guess try my boomer html guide to start boomer, or mauvecow's trico guide. If you're not good with formulas yet I recommend you don't try to learn these 2 bots yet. It's better if you have a sense of calculating wind adjustment and stuff already before trying the nonstop calcing needed for trico and boomer. Of course many will say you can play those bots without calc. If you still want to try boomer without formulating a lot, then use unsober's fixed 35 guide, 35 is a great way to learn boomer. If you want to learn trico without calculating... good luck.
Gosh... i used to be good with forumla... while i was using turtle. Never exactly perfected the SS but i was pretty good using Turtle. Unfortunately, now that i've been using ice, i've been relying on mainly feel. But I will make sure to look into what you suggested. Thanks very VERY much creedo.
the name's Naren btw =D
roflmao, and no way... i wouldnt want to learn trico without calculating... =P
I have a little piece of paper on my desk with lots of trico formulas :>
Im thinking that sig is way too big, crym.
Let's count how many times today I've been told that.

You.
Tell me how to frigging make it smaller and I'll gladly do so.

first time using windows?
okay, use the built-in windows PAINT tool. look for it somewhere in accessories or do a find for MSPAINT.EXE. simply load the pic, drag the dimensions smaller and save.
alternate method- download the free pic-browser program IRFANVIEW or the free paint program THE GIMP. open the image, select the area you want to keep, and select the CROP command. save.
irfanview:

@ ltlatimer: The white space under your sig makes it jus as big? I might be wrong >_>
Bimos, they were talking about a different sig, it was a thing with slimes and took up like 1/4 of the screen.
cuz i can't seem to find my stuff, what are basic points for 35 hooking with boomer (2 wind factor hooking) beyond 1SD too please
