Question:
I really like the impact of thunderbolt. With Thor and Boomer it has some really amazing image effects.
I love dual +, it doesn't do as much damage as dual itself, however if you can control delay right then you can use a dual + and not have your opponent have 2 turns to your 1
I am not saying you can't do this with dual, but it is a lot harder :-/
Bandaids are God's gift to the organic players. You get a good amount of health back for low delay, so you can get a shot in without getting beat usually.
Dual+ is excellent for pretty much any bot, with fast enough shots, a dual+ of a lower delay bot can have the same delay as other bot's shot 2...

I usually take a dual, a dual +, and a teleport.
Ah my secret combo cant be known to public as its very effective whenever i use it!

I usually go Dual, powerup/bunge, bandaid, and medkit.
Or if I'm in a healing mood, just 2 bandaids :P
I should go back to taking heals though :P They're pretty handy to have, although they take up 2 slots..
When I'm playing tag with all items on, I go Dual, bandageX2, Teleport
but if I'm feeling goofy and my teammates are cool, I go 1 Team Tele, 2 Teleports :P, teh funneh!
It all depends on which mobile u choose. With cake it's obvious to pack dual+. With Boomer, Grub, Nak, A.Sate, or Aduka it's better to get dual. With ice u should pack bandit. The rest of the mobiles r basically up to u.

well, i understand nak and grub, but aduka dual + is good.
and a _Always_ pack a dual + with boomer. it can be a lifesaver, with the low delay when you start with shot 1. A boomer dual + can out delay a nak or armor shot 2 someitmes...
Though not as useful I like packing a team tele and 4 bandaids. Rescue an ally and be an absolute pain to the other team.
Although I voted dual +, if I see a low rank boomer, I always get a bunch of wind changes... aren't I a bully lol ^^

The items i get depends on what is on!
Usually it's two duals and a teleport, but if teleport ain't on, i'll subsitute it for a dual+.
I was playing Raon, against a Nak @ Stardust yesterday, and a Teleport was the most useful thing for me. I think it really depends on the situation.
