With all due respect, Udaya, this is NOT spamning.  This is a mere aspect of the acceptance stage for guild members.  If you feel that this is too much of a problem, please address it with Shere.

I say you guys should let her in.  The entire time I've known her, I haven't experienced any sort of violent outlashings or super drama from her.  She's been one of the nicest people that I have met on GunBound throughout my entire "career" playing it, she should at least deserve a chance.
