Yeah, You should talk to ramza, Im a helix bot pro, which includes turtle, but he plays turtle almost all the time.
The face splitters arent hard with some practice, just rember the 2 shot streams converge at 3 seconds, the same time it takes to open a SS, so if the 2 shot steams converge right before it hits the person, it will be a good SS.
Type 2 is harder, and it takes some work to set them up, the max Ive done with a type 2 is 600-ish

not really underrated, just underplayed, as ramza or creedo can tell you =/
Sometimes the timing is hard to get... Speaking of hard timing, a good idea to nerf the boomer/armor SS's is to have them open usually, but for each second after it opens, it loses 50 dmg, down to 250 dmg minimum... Something like that
It might also work with sate, although not many sates high angle their shots, it being a tracer shot.
It should prevent all those ugly boomer UHA'ers

whats wrong with boomer UHS shots? if i am with the wind, i am near twice as accurate with uha shots than i am with normal lobs. (dont ask why, but i almost never miss UHA shots, and i can not seem to hit a normal lob for anything...)
