This is the best way to do it.
What I would like all applicants to do is tell us WHY they would like to become mod and what changes they would make. They should tell us their incentive and try to persuade the guild members to vote for them. After the people who want to become mod... apply... we will vote for them.
Try your HARDEST to be modest... while at the same time... TRY to show us what you are CAPABLE of doing =)
hit us with your best shot =)
And please try your hardest NOT to criticize the current moderators at the moment =)
We will base our votes on what each applicant proposes.
Give us your plan.
Show us how much will power you have.
Why? Because I could give great secks? o.O WTF?! Did I just say that? heh J.K..
I have time to update our information and is willing to dedicate "some" of the leftover time I have from studying (which is a lot).
I also have been a mod before and frankly I was awesome...:cough: haha j.k

Things that I would change?;
Well from the current situation, the current "moderator" hasn't updated the guild member counts, hasn't really planned guild battles against other guilds, and is busy with other plans. I will do all that and still be able to do more and plus not trying to brag or anything but I have access to unlimited gold.... muahhaah.. :dualevil2: .. maybe... :wacko:

The reason I want to be a mod is because I would love to become a greater part of the FuSioN guild, and contribute more to the guild, even more-so than just donating avatars ;) Another reason I believe that I would be a great moderator is that I have experience, and believe that I will do a good job of it. A reason that I think i SHOULD be a moderator is because of myself hosting the FuSioN member of the month ordeal. It would be a pain to have to keep PM'ing naren telling him to pin/unpin topics, change titles, etc. I wouldn't mind having to do it if I'm not a mod though ;p
Hmmm.... Now for things that I will change.....

AHA! I would organize more guild matches, post them up on the Privates, telling what the guild members names/GM's are, and such. (Me being a head of guild battles secretary ;p). That way we could become well known to the community, and become proer and more well known that the (w)(t)(f)TM Guild! :P We all wish that ;p Even though FuSioN is mucho better.
Incentive- I will give 125k for avatars if I become mod for the month of June-July ;):

Well... I apologize to all of you for this... But I will just appoint the Mod. This puts too much competition between members... and also brings out the negative characteristics that the competitive sides of people also drag along.
Some posts in here... were unnecessary. VERY unnecessary.. and should not have even been said.
I will have my decision by the end of this week.
But still i think my reason is the best one out of tommy's and spencers hehe lol.
