"Sign on" could be sign in to the forums (where he would be thinking it's the GB program) which would bring him here... Or maybe I'm way off.
If I'm right on though, go HERE (http://www.http://gunbound.softnyx.net) and Register, then download the game client.
This thread is funny, but I think that papercut hit the nail on the head. (I think thats a phrase, but im not sure)
