i pmed blake n then i entered a room. we went into a battle and then all of a sudden at the top blake started talking to me. but he talked as if he was in the game, not as a separate text box. look:

ps: i did my best to make understandable. image shack wouldnt host it large enuff
hahaha, that's awesome.
Yeah, i noticed that too instead of having those annoying pop up boxes mid game, they removed them and put in purple pinkish writing when someone private messages you.
Silly noobs, thats what happenes when you get a PM in game.

since when today?

Actually yes, it updated this morning with this.
I'm so happy about that...nothing like shooting...then bam you get a message of somthing completely useless
That's a good solution, actually, since the problem of in-game pms has been one even since TH.
Now you just have to make sure you don't miss a PM because some retard is spamming jibberish during the game (since you can't /mute in game anymore)and the PM flies off the screen in a second.
How do you reply to the PM during the game without talking to the people in the game? Same old /m?
Haha and that was why overwhelming was asking me how I was messaging him. =P
Finally Softnyx has done something worthwhile =D.. GOGO Softnyx
wow, that's useful.

Wait, someone answer this plz kthx. >_>
Yes, the same [/m] will message the person.
fantastic idea, I'm glad to see them resolving some of the more annoying problems.

In that case, I'm deleting anyone on my BL whose name is not easy to type. Hopefully that won't affect me too much.
That's cool. But wouldn't that make the ingame chats be pushed up faster if someone were PM'ing you and had alot to say?
Yeah, it sounds as if it would be beneficial to allow more in-game text, especially now that there's nothing up top.
On a semi-related note, I want the mute function to work in game. Does it yet?
Great change! I get messaged so much in game and because I use slice, I hit myself while typing during my turn sometimes. X.x
yeah, interesting, I have yet to play gb today, so I have no clue how the hell you reply to them o.o

You just have to do the whole" /m ID message" thing again. But you have to do it all over again when you run out of space and want to write something else...it's really distracting, especially if you are playing 1vs1 or 2vs2.

ugh, thats a pain the ass.
I was doing it while in a 1v1 actually and thought it was much better than the previous in game messaging system. I type pretty fast tho.
