Yeah, permissions got fucked in the move I guess... Lots of people who NEVER post took great pleasure in bitching at me about it. I appreciate little fake hackers exploiting my forum, and people shooting me down when I try something to fix it.

The old board was vulnerable to exploits which were publicly posted on the web -- it was really just a matter of time ;p
Also, Invision power board costs money to install and upgrade ; we were running an unlicensed version, I don't know how legal we were up until now...
Anyway, not wanting to pay, I just used a conversion tool and switch to this system ; it's not a million times better, it's just a forum like so many others, but it gets the job done, and it's free ^^

In fact this lets you create HTML table rows and cells, respectively. But you need to place the tags inside [ table ] [/ table ] tags. And also you should mind the proper nesting (TD inside TR inside TABLE). Find any HTML tutorial to learn about tables if you're interested.
I really like this new forum better then the old one. It is constructed much better then the other.
Simple things like"quote" going into the quick reply box, or when you hit "bold" it doesn't take you to a popup to do it.
Obly problem is that spell check doesn't work right for me... using firefox.
Spell check doesn't seem to do anything... You probably need the free spellchecking plugin which only exists on IE for the moment... But it's odd that it doesn't auto download it ;f
