Discrimination in GBGL irc channel

A friend of mine, BibleThumper, kindly let me know that I should hang out in the #gbgl channel, saying it was a tip-top place to "hang" online.  My interest was instantly aroused so I joined the channel to see what the hub-ub was about!  I started chatting with my friend about various activities we both enjoy, when all of a sudden I found myself banned by this "Rizzano" character.  I only recieved the message "uncalled for and unwanted", which I think was a disgusting reference to my sexual preference which was brought up in our conversation.  "Rizzano" even refused to acknowledge my existance when I tried to talk to him, a practice I worry he commits to even in real life, ignoring those who don't fit his strict moral christian code.  

Then my friend told me that he was not only banned as well from the IRC channel over his sexual preference, but he also had been banned from the forums by this same "Rizzano", though the two areas are completely unrelated!  Then this Rizzano fellow mocked my friend and I with the ingenuine coloquialism "good day" - well what kind of a day could we have if we're banned from our favourite IRC channel!

This sickening display of prejudice can't go ignored - first wildly homosexual people will be banned from their favourite forums and IRC channels, then they'll be dragged behind pickup tricks driven by "Rizzano".  <_<

It is not about sexual orientation. It is about the fact that I asked BibleThumper to stop the sexual talk.  #GBGL is not the place for it. #GBGL is a gaming community, not a sexaul cyber cafe of any sort. You joined and immeditely took up with the same conversation as if you were there all along, so you earned a ban as well.  

He apologized, so I let him back in, and the discussion did not cease, so therefore, the ban is permanent. It has nothing to do with sexual orientation, I have nothing against homosexuals, it is to do with the simple fact "There is a time and place to talk like that," GBGL is not one. You too sir have earned a ban. Good day.
