having trouble changing email addresses

i wanted to change my email address. to change emails you have get them to send you a verification code to both email addresses and you enter them both in along with your password and it'll change.

i tested it on switching yahoo to hotmail before i do it for my real address and it works fine. then i try switching from my aol acct to the yahoo acct. yahoo gets the email with the verification code, but AOL doesnt...ive tried emailing Wizet but i have yet to recieve a reply. any ideas?
