The Removal of Guild members

I truly feel that we should remove SriMey from the roster because of his inactivity in the guild.

In the begining, I had said that one should be removed from the guild because of two weeks of inactivity.  I feel that it should be three week, giving the person a chance to come back and explain him/herself.

What is your opinion?

This poll will be open until Sunday, March 6th.  After that, I will take the majority and act upon that decision.

Well..sure why not? but i don't know him personally so i don't think i should vote ;x

But since like you said...he's been inactive for more than 3 weeks...i guess he should be removed.... but can someone inform him? =/

I talked to Sriwing about it and he told me that his brother is hooked onto WoW.  So don't expect to see him on for a long long time.  So I say kick him.

Alrighty, awesome tommy, thanks very much.  What we're gonna do is we're gonna wait for three weeks to come... and then we're gonna take care of this all.

I would say that inactivity alone is not a good reason for removing him, but not telling anyone about why might be. I see nothing wrong with going on vacation and not being active online for a week or two. However it would be nice if we make a section to post about absences so the rest of the guild doesnt think you are inactive.

Hm... I'm sorry about that kirby, i thought i told everyone why. I'll keep him in the guild because he was a good player too.  I recruited good people, great players and individuals.  I'm not gonna go back on this.  I'm gonna keep SriMey =)  Good player.  Good person.
