Hey guys...as you have read in the previous topic, gbguildcup.com is organising a 3v3 gbguildcup for all guilds.

Our guild has been invited by ReenTeenTeen,GM of the Server13 guild to join in this tourney.

I need help from tyler & tommy if they are willing to,  for a trial to asses members who are joining the tourney.

THE SIGN UP LIST

NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE REGISTERED TO THE GBGUILDCUP forums to access the forums.



1     The Regular season will be set for 10 weeks. Each week a Guild Team will have 3 Scheduled Battle Matches (Best 3 out of 5) with other Guilds. At the end of the Regular season the teams with most wins will be advanced into the Play-off season.

2    The Play-off season will consist of Guilds battling out with other Guilds in Scheduled Single Match Battles (Best 3 out 5), with a winner advancing toward a Championship.

3    Championship Battle Match (best 3 out of 5) will be played by the best two teams left standing.
Prizes

1    First place team each player gets an Avatar shopping spree in the amount of $85 Gunbound Cash.

2    Second place team each player gets an Avatar shopping spree in the amount of $45 Gunbound Cash.

3    Most Valuable Player gets an Avatar shopping spree in the amount of $45 Gunbound Cash. (Will be judged on total GP)

4   Prizes will be distributed in whatever form and to whoever the winner chooses.

Game Type

1    3 vs 3

2    "Score Game" Type

3    "Double Death" Type game, Set at 40 turns

4    Avatar OFF server

5    Each Match will consist of 2 Guilds battling for 3 wins out of 5 Games.

Team Type

1    Team will consist of 3 players from same Guild. With 2 backups from same guild
2    Multiple Teams from same Guild are permitted to register for this Tournament.
3    Each Team will appoint a Team Captain to lead and schedule Tournament Matches and to carry responsibility for his/ her Team.

4    Back-up players can only be from same Guild as the Team.

5    Back-up players can be generated from different Teams of same Guild.

Team Captain Responsibility

1    Team Captain is responsible for his/ her team and his/ her team actions.
2    Team Captain will provide Tournament Administration with his contact information such as:

   • Verified E-mail address contact.
   • AOL Internet Messenger or MSN contact.
   • Best time his\her team would be available to play Matches.

3    Team Captains are responsible to schedule Guild Matches assigned by schedule to be played by their teams. If another guild cannot be reached let us know.

4    Team Captains are responsible to e-mail BMP Images to the Tournament Administration of each game result, for "3 out of 5" Match, of their Guild Battle Match they play. (no matter if the game was lost or won)

Well, if you read the Tournament Guide in the "Forum Announcements" and you are the Team leader with 5 players (including yourself and 2 back-ups), then please post your interest in the Tournament.
What you need to make sure is that the Tournament Administration has the Following Information from you:

1. Team Captain will provide Tournament Administration with his contact information such as:
• Verified E-mail address contact.
• AOL Internet Messenger contact.
• Best time his/ her team would be available to play Matches.
• Team Captain will submit Tournament Administration with a BMP Image file of guilds LOGO.
• Team Captain will submit Tournament Administration a BMP Image file of the team together in a room for Administration use to present the team on the official Tournament website. (Same BPM Image has to be submitted of the back-up players of the team)
2. Provide Gunbound User names of the 3 main team players and 2 back-up players.
3. What you would like to call your team beside the fact that you are representing your Guild. (We ask you for this name because we expect multiple teams from same Guild)

Okay,since you all think that signing up for another forum is that a hard thing to do,i guess leaving your names here will not be a problem.

Also to add on, if i don't get the 3 members required by the end of the week,i guess ill tell my friend to cancel out our guild name for the tourney.
