Fame?

[Blake]

I've been playing a while, and I searched the how to play and junk, but it never specifies what fame does...So, could you fellow and helpful gbglers inform with fame's purpose?

Please and thank you,

Blake

Hmm fame doesn't do a whole lot... I believe you need some fame for a few quests/items...Also for a guild if that is ever implemented.

[Blake]

Oh ok, then why do people make such a big deal about it?

[Kanraku]

I've talked to a few fame fanatics, and apparently they want to be "prepared" for when more fame-related things are implemented.

I thought it gave you better drops from a kill.

thats odd because everyone tells me it lowers prices of items you buy in the stores...
