Password Recovery System for GB

My friend Tim has an older account named "Talsorn". He has never been able to get back into it (I'm guessing since the last password fiasco-- you see, we stopped playing during the summer because we gave our laptops back to our school.)

He knows his Gunbound I.D.
He knows the original password--but it has been changed.
He knows the original email account that the password is sent to. BUT IT NEVER IS!

No matter how many times he tries to recover his password, Gunbound sends nothing to his email and now, he has given up and closed the email account. (He had re-activated it for the very purpose of getting his password back.) Everytime he emails softnyx, they send him a generic, seemingly automated response that explains how to recover a lost password via email. WHICH DOESNT WORK for him as I said before.

Why is Softnyx so terrible at responding to emails....
It's so frustrating. Can anyone help him!??  :wacko:

I got hit by the mysterious password change too. Fortunately, my new password, consisting of 20 random characters, was e-mailed to me.

Well, if Softnyx doesn't respond in an intelligible manner, I guess he's out of luck. Unless you've got Kiwi's 1337 diplomatic skillz, his account is gone. My best advice is to start anew.

I've had that same problem, which is why I never change anything on my account. Some of my new accounts.. I tried to have the email sent to verify them about 10 times, and it's been weeks with absolutely nothing.

They really should improve the email validation process. =/

Since i had an aol account they never sent the gb letters to me, i send them a letter telling them to change my email account to something else and it worked!

I can never get my confirmation email because I have 2 accounts using the same email address. It seems like that their computer wont email another one to the same address if u confirmed the first one.
