Warrior Stats

What's the best ratio for a warrior's strength and dex stats? I'm presuming the warrior needs no intel/luck.

I'm warrior. I have my str and lck up. If you hold your mouse over the str, dex, int, and lck part of the character stats, you see what they are for. lck reduces exp loss when you die. the more you have the less you lose.

Of course, 512 hp takes forever to heal when you are like me and don't heal til you are below 50 : Off subject, I know. But had to post it :<_<:

I was told to have str around 50-60 and dex about 25 when you reach 15 =/ I have about 60 str and 18 dex so I do 3 dex 2 str, when i think my dex is high enough I'm going to do 4 str 1 hp / luck

but warriors arent really built to die they re supposed to withstand that unless your fighting hih lvl monsters than be my guest

I'm lvl 15, my strength is 45, but the dex is probably 15, I've been working on my intelligence cause I found out that to be a mage, I must have a lot of intelligence.
But for the damage, I use the wooden sword, which has a strength of, I think 40? Usually I do 50+ damage with that kinda strength

Can I still switch jobs, after becoming a warrior? I wanna be a mage. The mages look cool, and I saw some guy wipe out a whole bunch of enemies with a single blow with deadly damage and from a far range. CRAZY!

BTW what's the point of luck? Does it give a better chance to get a critical and clear shot?


Edit: Having a high Dexterity is also very important, I'm finding a lot of trouble hitting those dark wooden guys with axes in them and the hogs, mainly because I miss too much of the attacks.
Without high dex, you're useless cause you'll miss most of the attacks against the stronger enemies.

no i dont think you can change your class to mage istead you can be umm dark knight i think thats it because they use magic too but its a long way till that

Start over if you want to make mage... mage dont need 45str..

Okay as far as warriors from 10-15 are concerned- this is the limit of my knowledge since it's where i've played till-

Put more shit into dex. 2:1 ratio is not going to work until you have a godly amount of dex which makes it 40,000:20,000. At level 10-15 if you want to be hitting the axestumps you have to have 30 or more dex. If i don't recall wrongly i have something like 35 dex and 40something strength.

(Alternatively, hit something easier for less xp.)

Mages are easy to level up, however Warriors are the strongest of any character of Maplestory.

Fighter is da Best character if you didn't know by now.
When you get your 2nd Job and your warrior get Fighter.
