Recruiting?

Alright, i have two questions for you guys

one, should we have a memebr cap, or just be more strict on who we let in....

and two, should we have one person or a few people to head a recruiting department so that we know that these new people are actually worth our time?

just a few thoughts, let me know what you think

Well, when you say a member cap, what do you mean? I didn't quite understand that. Also, I would be delighted to head the recruiting. It would also help if people who paid for power members were recruiters also, because their room is so close up.

For the recruiting, the game title would just be like "Toaster Guild Recruiting" or "Toaster Recruiting". Straight 1v1 matches at first. Then like 2v2 games with the recruiter and the applicator against two random people, to see how teamwork is with them. And just also talking with them in game. See how his/her personality is and how friendly they are. Etc., etc.

by a membercap, i meant like a limit on how many people are allowed to join.  or should we just keep it free flowing and jsut keep an eye no how many join...

as for the recruiting section, i agree with the power users have prescidence. but in all reality, i found that alot of people jsut ask if they can join from normal games. but, of course we can try that  :^_^:

I personally don't care, and yes, I believe the member cap should be about 50. Too many people in the guild = too many messages to play = i get overflowed with messages = too many people on my buddy list

For member cap, I say 35 should be max. So we can stay united as one!  

As for recruiting, if someone is ineterested in joining, try them out, see if they get along, just don't have people who will join, and then two days later, quit.

Or have it, so that Toaster is a invitation only guild? You have to get invited by a member, and then, that member gets tested out by thy high council of thy Toasters.
