How many people have actually been hacked?

No but a brother of my friend has his account hacked twice and the second time around they was using a integrated number and letter systemed developed by Data. (ex. 1e3i5r2f4 which is actually 12345 fire)

I was actually talking about ascii symbols.

and keyboard symbols.


the hackings are cuased by 1, brute forcer programs, or 2 someone hacking through the server firewall and stealing the password list, in which case the only defense is to have a password so long and tedious to make that people go for easier targets.  :mellow:

Good luck brute forcing 1e3i5r2f4.  As for the password list thing, this password is a big pain in the ass to remember for those that can't use the code or type it the correct way.

Twice, the first time I lost everything but my bear suit...  well over 1 million in gold.  The 2nd time, they stole the account entirely, it took a few weeks to get it back.  When I got it back, GIS was informed that my account was used for account hacking...  I found extra items on my account, chief hair, GH, RX... So my account was a storage account.  Anyways, because of that I got banned for however many days they ban for that... 15 days or something?  I started my kyebash account when the 2nd hacking occured.  GIS took back the chief hair and RX, but they left the GH and they also left the strike 1 against me... even tho I didn't do anything.  Oh well, that's the story.

I got hacked twice, after scanning comp i figured it was a keylogger tellin the hacker my pass. At least i think  :rolleyes:

I got hacked, but it was weird. I lost my arch angel, an eyepatch, and a propeller. When I relogged in after changing my password, I had been gifted a golden armor that I couldn't wear. It was a boy golden armor, but putting it on did nothing.
