I was already playing then, but I've got a few questions about that era.

1)What did Raon mines appear as?

2)Did the soccer balls equalize the damage of all mobiles?

3)What did boomer's shots appear as(hard to imagine)?

World Cup mode got old REALLY fast, especially since the host could easily just be a prick and turn it on without anyone knowing.  Since all shot effects were soccerballs, it meant they size of the shots was changed, and that made aiming sometimes very difficult.
Random fact about Vin Diesel:  Vin Diesel once cooked 400 tons of chicken noodle soup for the needy but then drank all but 1 in a bet with Samuel L. Jackson.

i hated the /worldcup background, it was too bright and hurt my eyes . however the soccer balls were nice
