Yes yes yes. I know. Too bad there isn't a sarcasm meter to attach to your posts. Dang.

Lets plead with the admins to change the warning meter to a scarcasm meter!

Then they would have to change the options to who can see that meter. Too much work for them.

I betcha uber will take that as a challenge. May the pope have finally met the one he so valiantly served for many years.

QuoteI understand how some people can get emotional over losing someone close, but I think they should be more accepting of death. (...) as Christians they should probably be a little less afraid of death and a little more willing to accept it.
Yeah, people should be smart and care for Mother Nature as well.
So, why ain't they? Why do people in general have to be so utterly dumb?

Hmm, I think you need to read his post a little harder next time.
How long is it before a new pope is umm, made?

AtheistFury

AFAIK the conclave is held 15-20 days after the death of the previous Pope. It lasts until a new Pope is elected and ends no sooner.
The rules are:
-> No more than 120 Cardinals may vote.
-> A Pope shall be elected by a vote of two-thirds.
-> Two votes in the morning and two votes in the evening, totaling four votes will be held daily.
-> After 12 or 13 days, the College of Cardinals may change the total needed for election to half plus one, a simple majority.

All in all, it may take some time :D:
