The people checking th images should have kept records and even looked over the images picked for personal best. Also, seeing that ROY4L wasn't once notified for personal best is complete bullshit.

anyway... meh-ish on the winning avs. the reaper one is okay and the bird one is pretty original. i'm guessing the reason the ones submitted by conceptor and monketsu, beautiful as they were, were "too detailed" to make. and come on, it's gb. they'd screw over the look anyway. xD personally i loved the dragon avs that conceptor made, and [CONSPIRACY!] to me they really, REALLY look similar to that "new" greater devil suit that gb just put out in the av shop a few days ago...
