Complaint/Request #5 - INDIRECT SUCCESS!

Dear GIS-

Since the release of GB:WC is has become aparrent that you no longer are concerned about customer service and have chosen to focus on making money. The problem is, however, that for all the new avatars and payment options you've instituted, you still haven't fixed fundamental problems with the game itself. This simply isn't acceptable. I know several people that have quit playing, or barely play anymore because the game is no longer enjoyable to play, and certainly not worth spending cash on, for any reason. I would like to strongly advise that you put up a survey on the site to gather the opinions of the players as to what would make the game better and worth our time to play again. You've done this in the past, and it needs to be done again or your income will suffer. We can always go find another free game to play, but we'd rather not have to. GunBound used to be a great game to play, and can be again, if you'll listen to us. Please give your loyal players the chance to help you improve this game! It will make us happier, which will increase your cash flow greatly! And then, everyone will be happy! Thank you for your time. Ben (aka cyberpimpbot)

What if we put up a survey of our own here, and send the results in to GIS via the complaint group? You know, to push them in the right direction?

Dear GIS Team,

Since the release of GB:WC is has become aparrent that you no longer are concerned about the PLAYERS and have chosen to focus on making MONEY.

I am a PLAYER, and I will give you MONEY if you listen to what I have to say.

A lot of my friends have stopped playing because the Gunbound game has lost some important elements, I am still trying to enjoy Gunbound, but I am about to leave as well due to the high numbers of abusers in games. There are also many glitches that people can abuse to make gaming unfair and impossible. this is what is keeping me from enjoying the game, and if you do not take action, I will leave, and I will take my money with me.

If you do not listen to what the players have to say, Gunbound will lose popularity.

This means that Gunbound will lose PLAYERS, and will lose MONEY.

If you want Gunbound to be loved by everyone, you should make a survey (which you have done in the past), and listen to what your players think.

My interpersonal liaison at GM helper HQ 2000 just let me know that the GM helper team came up with a list of questions to put in a survey which will be put on the softnyx site this week.

So uh... This complaint didn't really have anything to do with it (I don't think) ; but I'd say it's successful, in a way.

w00t! I think this complaint had to of had something to do with it. I don't see them coming up with this without some kind of outside influence....but yes, EVERYONE GO VOTE!!!
