It really doesn't matter, since in the rules it clearly states you can vote multiple times as long as there's a 48 hour window minimum between votes. I suggest you make a new poll with being only able to vote once, ever.

I can use Frog long range, and the only person besides me, is Mike. I don't use frog anymore however, the delay is rediculous.
