PetSpecialSkill gauge.
what is it? because I read about it in the rank page on gunbound. doesnt say much. says this:

During the game depending on the plays of the game players the judgment is made and award is decided.
Audience-pleasing nice plays make you earn more bonus as rewards and disappointing plays result in penalty. And also nice plays fill up the PetSpecialSkill gauge.
During the game if you make the plays of the following the judgment is made and you will be rewarded.

please tell me cause Im going to buy a pet soon. and maby its related to it :|

Has nothing to do with the pet at all. Its supposed to be the SS and it used to be called PSS awhile back. It was supposedly filled up by shots and good looking shots such as high angle to fill it up further but SS comes back in three turns.
