Avatar Stats?

I know what the stats on Avatars do, in general.

But I can't seem to find information on some;

I know Popularity is % based, 1% for each point into it

Now for Turn and Item delay, some sites list 2.5% per point, some say 1% per point. Is it either?

Life, is it % based on point ala Popularity or just a total number added to your life total?

Is Shield % based or does it regenerate per total points?

I'm pretty sure Attack is strictly point based cause a default 200 dmg attack isn't increased by 50% if you got 50 attack.
