Should we make it so that...

I got this idea from UberBacon.  He emphasized the fact that we should make it so that once you join fusion... you are obligated to stay in it... be loyal... be kind.. and be an individual who tries their hardest to make fusion as unified as possible.

I never had the guts to bring this up before.... because i felt that this would be restricting other's choices... and would ultimately lead them to forcing themselves to stay in the guild.  However, by forcing yourself to stay in the guild, it only emphasizes that you are strong... against temptation to leave the guild.  It also shows that you are willing to duke it out till the end... which shows great character.

I'm basically asking you all... if it is too much to make a commitment to only one guild.  Fusion.

Please explain why you chose your answer.  It is very important that you do.

I agree.. however I think it should be.. "harder" to join the guild. Meaning, everyone should get to know the person who wants to join and agree that he/she would be a good addition to the guild. Then keep an eye on them once they've joined.

Aaaaah yes ma'am!  =D  Mark and Keith have been implementing a sort of.. one week trial... where the person applying would have to work with the rest of the guild... and then we make polls about them. =D  Sammy, you passed because you were nice.  =D  But dont worry... we do make it a bit hard for people.  And then... if some are causing problems... we confront them... in a friendly type of way... and see if we can make things work out. =D

I think if you make it like that then:

1. Everyone who's in gets a chance to leave first.
2. Getting in should indeed be a tad more difficult.

I like the getting in should be tad more difficult thing, I mean after all we do want them to play a few games with atleast 2 fusion memebers before they join right ?

Which reminds me I need to go put all the people who have recently joined fusion on my list.
