Description of Positions:
Main Secretaries of the Fusion Guild:

These individuals are responsible for recruiting members into the guild.  The Main Secretaries are also in power to substitute for the Guild Master and the Secondary Guild Master, if in fact both are not available.

Secretaries of Guild Events:

These individuals are responsible for scheduling guild battles amongst other guilds in the Gunbound community.  These individuals are also responsible for deciding on WHO to place in those guild battles regarding the level of importance of the guild battle.  Both individuals are responsible for making the correct choices in WHO the FuSioN members battle against.  Also, along with having to schedule battles, both individuals will be in charge of the "Fusion Guild Member of the Month" award.  They will be monitoring posts and applying requirements to all of the Fusion members.

Secretaries of Guild unity:

These individuals will be responsible for establishing some sort of way to maintain the guild unity.  Examples of this would be making lists of First Name's of all of the guild members making it easier for each of us to refer to one another by first name.  Other ideas can be received from other members to establish a very united guild.

Secretaries of Guild Training:

These individuals are responsible for the training of guild members who would like to master a different bot.  These individuals will be responsible in searching for guides and pneumonic devices for the members to be able to memorize things when needed for battle.

Secretaries of Guild Publicity:

This group will be led by Tyler(Tooya)

These individuals will be responsible for creating events, contests, and other types of FuSioN sponsored events.  This group will also be responsible for maintaining the FuSioN sponsored Avatar On Tournament.

Secretaries of Guild Alliances:

These individuals will be responsible for establishing alliances with other guilds, if and only if they are needed.

--------------------------------

Keep in mind that each group of secretaries are responsible in passing their actions THROUGH the Main Secretaries, the Secondary Guild Master, and the Guild Master also.

Another option that is also preferred would be... if the topic be mentioned so that each member can comment on it.  This makes the guild more united and emphasizes each guild member to work as hard in maintaining the guild.

This is it, my friends. There are spots available.

If there are any questions or comments.  Please feel free to post them.

Tommy = tmrx8st, keith?

You bet! =D

[MaNdubOy]

Oh... training in what?  Doesn't one need to be "average" skilled for each of the bots?  Especially the Jfrog and bigfoot 2? =D...
Anyways, I'm ok with it....

[ILoveAlliO]

Tommeh, you were nominated man, so i know you're good.  Dont doubt it =D

However, if you'd like to change your position, you most definitely can.  Once you're in the cabinet... you cant be taken out =)

Unless a number of people vote you off.

It is pointless to have two of these threads.  I'll just update the one in the public boards.

Since Naren will be updating the public boards thread, I'll lock this one.
