I define "mindless killing" as simply going out on the streets and shooting people up with no originality.

I never have beat it yet, the game just got boring real quick to me, infact the whole PS2 just crashed and burn for me..
Hell, I don't even barely play Console games any more, I spend all of my time playing PC games now.

Get on a good motorbike and go off that ramp on top of Mt. Chillad. You know, the one near the mountain bike racetrack? That one on the wooden board balcony. It's used for the thrid run, Cobra Race, or something like that.

At that place, you can find a parachute near the minibusses. I grab one, and when I go off the mountain on my bike, I bail in midair and open my 'chute.

It's fun! XDXDXD

I myself don't like random killing. I just like going around town in a speedy bike at an insane speed, doing jumps if I can.

But when you ram into someone at a high speed on a bike, they fly vertically upwards into the air. I find that amusing XD

Oh yes, I like going on top of Mt. Chillad, equip the heat seeking 'zooka, and take potshots at planes. Immediate 3 star wanted,  lawl >_>

I have a question: Can you still steal the combine harvester, the one used in badlands mission Body Harvest, even after you complete it? I wanna chew people up again...

I like to find a car in an old parking lot, one I am sure not one is using, leave $2000 just incase I took someone's car, and drive around following all local traffic laws.

I've always loved to just run around and kill people. Basically running away from the cops on all my cars as long as possible was my passion for all the GTA's.

do 2 played.  1 player on the jetpacks, the other in a jet.  Because the players can only move a certain distance apart.  you can drag each other around, tis fun.

I also do that when I find myself on top of Mt. Chiliad(with the flying cars cheat, that's quite often :> ) and yes you can use the combine harvester. Sorry for double posting.
