Wait, here's an idea:  Everyone stop bitching at him for botting.  k?  Nothing is going to happen.  UAE, you can help by not bragging about your rank or anything like that (I realize you don't really do that, but when you do people all flare up).


I myself can put up with botting, I am friendly with some people that bot (kitty, other people I won't say), and it doesn't bother me too much.  I mean...well, lets use kitty as an example.  S/he has it out in the open that s/he bots, and doesn't go around shoving her rank in everyone's face....and people put up with it.  Also, kitty is a nice person as well as a good friend, which is why I am friendly back.  You could use some help on your people skills


And I just realized...this has nothing to do with anything....I'm just bored I guess.

Another suggestion: Perm. ban all accounts that have been banned before. The downside: If someone had an overkill but is legit, that person will be banned unfairly.

and as for me i was randomly banned about 2 months ago. said warning hack detected. do i hack? no. did i do anything wrong? no. thats the downside to that...

Softnyx bans people.  Granted, they could do a better job, but for a small GM team going about  maintaining one game and developing another, they could be worse.  Can you blame them for catering to their only source of income?  No.  If you were in charge of 100 people, and one person paid you, and did something wrong, what would you do, as compared to  if someone who didnt pay did it?  If you get rid of all the major payers, you lose profit.  You can hope to make it up later, by pushing that it's better without the cheaters, but that is a risk.  As it stands now, softnyx is doing well enough to be stable and don't want, or need, to take any extra chances.  Give them a slight break, kthx.

I think it would be a good decision. And I know there's people here with those awesome ranks, but you would still be able to get them. Just play and become that rank or higher, and maintain it at that. People might quit over it, but since its harder to bot the ranks would actually be acurate. Softnyx is about the worst company about ranks and money overpowering illegal activities that I have ever witnessed .

Some of you might hate this, but post why. I want to be able to discuss this. Cause in case the vote is a major Yes over No then we could possibly have something.

And remember, you wouldn't be losing your items.

Yo, for once Uae didnt say somthing dumb, so just let him be. I dont have a problem flaming someone who said something offencive or is an a-hole, but his words were: I dont think its fair for legit players".

My Idea is screw the no1 thing and just have a certain amount to gp needed to rank up, like the accounts under baxe. But then the ranking would die so forget I said anything.

And a company needs money to function simple as that.

How do you want them to improve?

Ban people?  Look at abuser lists.
Give updates?  WC is a whole new style, and avatars come on a regular basis.
Try to fix things?  Look in softnyx announcements - They're doing a survey tos ee what needs fixing.

They are improving themselves, and they are not "hiding behind excuses".  kthx TO THE MAX que lol

The main problem with this is that you still have to have at least 6900 GP to be double sided axe or higher. Setting everyone that's OVER 6900 GP back TO 6900 GP wouldn't be so bad. Peoples ranks would change on a daily basis for while! Talk about Chaos! :lol:

It would really piss off far too many people though...regardless of how you try to go about it.
